On the evening of 22 September, a disruption at our SIM card provider caused widespread device connectivity issues across Norway. The incident lasted 7 hours and 45 minutes, during which many of our deployed devices were unable to establish or maintain a stable connection. Service was fully restored by 05:44 CEST.
Impact • Customer devices relying on 4G lost connectivity to our platform during the incident window, resulting in failed door openings. • In some cases, devices were intermittently available when roaming to alternative networks.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and we are taking measures from preventing this from happening again.
